The Rajasthan Pratibha Portal is a digital platform under the “Pratibha” initiative, designed to scientifically identify, nurture, and develop hidden sports talent across schools, villages, and different regions of Rajasthan. Through the portal, children in the 8–14 age group can be assessed through standardized physical and motor ability tests to identify their sporting potential and provide them with suitable training and development opportunities.

The portal aims to provide equal opportunities to talented children from rural, remote, and border areas and establish a structured, transparent, and long-term athlete development system. It will support the digital tracking of selected athletes and maintain a state-wide athlete database, helping talented players progress from initial talent identification to high-performance levels and prepare for national and international competitions.
